This might include:

• Change Username
• Change Password
• Extra Usernames
• User can only be logged in at one place at one time. If your company is having multiple people accessing the Cert Search, the logged-in user can be kicked off when another person logs in with the same username. Though it doesn't happen often, it can be frustrating if the Main Office is searching for a Cert and someone on a rig logs in at the same time (kicking off the main office).
  

  If your Company finds this happening, a request can be made for more Usernames for multiple location logins (one for each branch/rig, etc).
